Import Customs Clearance

When a shipment arrives in the destination, importers are required to file a Goods Declaration and supporting documents for the imports with a Customs officer at the port of entry. Imported cargo are not legally entered the destination until after the shipment has arrived within the port of entry, delivery of the merchandise has been authorized by Customs, and applicable taxes and duties have been paid. It is the responsibility of an importer to arrange for examination and release of the imported cargo.

1.    Import Entry
2.    Bill of Lading (B/L) for Sea shipment, Air Way Bill (AWB) for air shipment, and Truck Bill of Lading for Land transportation.
3.    Invoice
4.    Packing List
5.    Others Permit may be required by Thai Authority
For any shipment imported into Thailand either by Air Freight, Sea Freight or Trucking, we, KTC Global Logistics, could provide you the Import Customs Clearance service, help you clear and estimate the Import Duty and Tax for all kinds of cargo.

Export Customs Clearance

All goods being exported from Thailand are subject to Customs control and must be reported to Customs.
For all export shipments, we shall arrange you with the below documents for import customs clearance at destination
1.    Export Entry
2.    Bill of Lading (B/L) for Sea shipment, Air Way Bill (AWB) for air shipment, and Truck Bill of Lading for Land transportation.
3.    Invoice
4.    Packing List
5.    Others Permit may be required by Authority at destination
We are also able to provide you the below additional required documents in accordance with the requirement of Customs of each country
Certificate of Origin showing the origin of the product. In addition; It is also useful to obtain special tariff privileges.
Fumigation Certificate: for wooden commodities & wooden packages, and for all kinds of plant products to destroy all kinds of pests and prevent fungus that may occur during shipping. Therefore, the fumigation is a good preventive action.
Other documents may be required by the Customs of each country.
